Sweet Valley supports many worthy causes throughout the year. Each grade has adopted one specific organisation for the year.
The charities presently supported are :
Grade 1 Little Angels
Grade 2 Shack to Chic
Grade 3 Tears
Grade 4 S A Guide Dogs Association
Grade 5 Peninsula School Feeding
The Grade 5's have collected a total of R1 267.22 with their coin collection. Well done and thank you so much. Every R1.90 will feed one child for a day at school, so by filling the tins the Grade 5's of Sweet Valley are feeding 667 children.

Approximately once a term, each grade embarks on activities to support their organisation. These may range from having a civvies day to raise funds, to the collection of dog/cat food, toiletries or sweet treats. Learners support generously and the organisations are most grateful for the ongoing support.
As a school, we also support amongst others, Bandana Day and Casual Day. At Easter time, Easter eggs are collected and distributed to various organisations. Blankets are also distributed to the needy during the cold Winter months.
The support for these various organisations is always overwhelming.
